Biography
Lucy Watson is an 18-year-old singer-songwriter based in the Hunter Valley NSW. She sings and plays acoustic guitar and can perform a range of covers and originals. She recently graduated year 12 at Hunter School of the performing arts as a music and drama student and is enrolled to start a Bachelor of Music (composition) at the Australian Institute of Music in 2024. Lucy has always had a passion for performing, with a background of musical theatre and acting integrated into her music, she never fails to entertain a crowd. Lucy writes original music and has released 3 singles on all streaming platforms. In April 2022, she was one of ten chosen artists who performed on the Toyota Park Stage and the ‘Fanzone' stage at Tamworth Country Music Festival for the ‘Best of The Buskers'. Lucy's unique country-pop vocal tone combined with her acoustic guitar accompaniment creates a laid-back atmosphere suitable for many events at a range of venues.
