Our Booking Policy

Whirlwind Entertainment (Whirlwind Group Pty Ltd) facilitates entertainment bookings between venues and performers. All performers supply complete packaged entertainment products as independent businesses and are not engaged as labour. Venues purchase the entertainment package directly from the Act as customers of their performance product..

Whirlwind sources entertainment packages only and does not employ or subcontract performers for labour services, and does not assume responsibility for wage, insurance or superannuation liabilities. Whirlwind may collect and transfer funds as a payment agent only and is not the payer of remuneration. No employment, subcontracting or labour-hire relationship exists between Whirlwind, the venue and the Act.
